If you’ve received an incorrect / damaged product or something is missing from your order, please check the invoice as we have many products with similar names.

If there is an error please get in touch within 30 days of receipt & we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Many of the products we offer are packaged in airless containers. From time to time these can fail due to an airlock. Get in touch within 30 days of receiving as we can often advise how to resolve this at home. If not we will replace it for you.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the products we offer samples are often very expensive to manufacture due to airless packaging required or may offer very little results in the time period you will be able to use them. Therefore very few of our products are available in sample form. If we do have a sample available we will do our best to include one in your next order.
