How Does It Work

We despatch most orders with DPD — one of the UK’s leading carbon-neutral couriers, operating a fleet of over 4,000 electric delivery vehicles. You’ll receive live updates by email and/or text throughout the journey.

Tracking Your Parcel

  • Once your order has been packed, you’ll receive a despatch confirmation with your tracking link.

  • As DPD collect late in the afternoon, tracking may take up to 12 hours to show its first update — this is normal.

Part Shipments

Where possible, we send everything together. If an item is delayed or on pre-order, you may receive your order in multiple parcels — each with its own tracking reference.

Haven’t Received It Yet?

If your order shows as despatched but hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking link first — it usually provides a clear status or delivery ETA.

Safe Place Requests

We normally require a signature to ensure safe delivery. If you request your parcel to be left in a safe place, we cannot accept liability for loss or damage once it’s been delivered there.

Pre-Order Items

If your basket includes a pre-order item, all items will be held until it is ready for despatch. If you need the other items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

Shipping Services

When will my order be despatched?

Orders placed before 3:00pm (Mon–Fri) are despatched the same working day (subject to stock status). Orders after this time, or on weekends/bank holidays, are sent the next working day.

How do I track my parcel?

You’ll receive a despatch email with a DPD tracking link. Updates may take up to 12 hours to appear after collection - this is normal. You can also find a link on your account > orders page to track your pacage.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times will vary depending on many factors, when your order was placed, stock status, delivery location, shipping option selected. For most UK mainland orders placed before 3pm weekdays these will usually be delivered within 1-2 days with our standard shipping.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you’re not home, DPD will attempt redelivery or leave a calling card with options. In most cases you can reschedule or divert to a Pickup shop directly from your tracking link.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t yet been despatched, get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to amend it. Once DPD have collected, you may still be able to redirect via their tracking portal but this can cause delays as the package will need to be relabelled at the depot

Can I request my parcel to be left in a safe place?

Yes - however, please note that if you choose to authorise a safe place delivery, we cannot accept liability for loss or damage after it has been marked as delivered.

Can you deliver to my work address?

Yes, we’re happy to deliver to business addresses - just enter the correct company name and any relevant delivery instructions at checkout.

Will everything arrive together?

Where possible, your order will be sent in one parcel. If an item is delayed or on pre-order, you may receive multiple shipments with separate tracking links.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver to selected countries worldwide, these currently include:

Brand Restrictions

Some brands are only available to be shipped to certain locations due to agreements we have in place. Others may be restricted based on the quantity of liquid or style of containers eg aerosols.
