Your 14 days

You can withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. If your order arrives in more than one parcel, the 14 days start from the day the last item arrives.

Tell us using the form

Enter the email address and order number from your order confirmation below. You'll receive an email confirming your withdrawal, followed by instructions for sending your items back.

Send back and get your refund

Please send the items back within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is at your own cost unless an item is faulty or incorrect. We'll refund you, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the items or proof that you've sent them.

Opened skincare can't be returned

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed products that have been opened after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal. If an item is faulty or has caused a reaction, please get in touch instead and we'll help. You can also read our full refund policy.
