Sign in to your account and come back to this page. Your points balance shows at the top.

Choose your voucher
In the Rewards section, pick the voucher you'd like and select Redeem. Your points are swapped for a voucher code.

Use it at checkout
Copy your code and paste it into the discount code box at checkout. The saving comes straight off your order.

How do I redeem my points?
Sign in to your account and visit this page. In the Rewards section, choose a voucher you have enough points for and select Redeem. You'll get a voucher code to paste into the discount code box at checkout.
How much are my points worth?
Every 500 points can be swapped for a £5 voucher, up to a £20 voucher for 2,000 points.
Why are some of my points pending?
Points from a recent purchase or referral show as pending while they're verified. Once approved, they're ready to redeem.
Do subscription orders earn points?
The first order of a new subscription earns points. Recurring subscription orders don't, as they already include your subscriber discount.
How do tiers work?
Tiers are based on what you spend. You keep your tier for 12 months or until you unlock the next one, whichever comes first. Recurring subscription orders don't count towards tier spend.
What happens to my points if I return an order?
If an order is cancelled, refunded or returned, the points earned on it are removed.
Do points have a cash value?
No. Points can only be redeemed for the rewards shown in your account and can't be exchanged for cash or transferred to someone else.
