The Derma Club is the loyalty programme run by THEDERMACOMPANY LIMITED, trading as The Derma Company ("we", "us", "our"). By joining The Derma Club, you agree to these terms.
Joining
Membership is free and open to anyone with a customer account on our website. Each person may hold one account.
Earning points
- You earn Derma Points on qualifying purchases made on our website while signed in to your account. The points available on each product are shown on its product page.
- One-off orders and the first order of a new subscription earn points.
- Recurring subscription orders do not earn points, as they already include your subscriber discount.
- If a subscription is cancelled and restarted, or several subscriptions are set up, mainly to earn points, we may withhold or remove those points.
- If an order is cancelled, refunded or returned, the points earned on it will be removed.
Using points
Points can be redeemed for the rewards shown in your Derma Club account. Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Tiers
Tiers are based on qualifying spend. You keep your tier for 12 months or until you unlock the next tier, whichever comes first. Recurring subscription orders do not count towards tier spend.
Fair use and changes
We may remove points or close a membership where we reasonably believe the programme is being misused. We may change, suspend or end The Derma Club, including how points are earned and redeemed, by updating these terms on our website. Where a change materially affects members, we will give reasonable notice.
