Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with The Derma Company. Please read the information below for full details of how we process and deliver orders.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

  • Orders placed before 3:00pm (UK time) are usually dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability.
  • Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and bank holidays, will usually be dispatched on the next working day.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

UK Delivery

  • Free UK mainland delivery is available on orders over £50.
  • Standard delivery typically arrives within 1 to 2 working days for mainland UK orders placed before 3:00pm.
  • Express and next day delivery options may be available on selected orders.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions or peak periods.

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations.

  • Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on destination.
  • International orders are sent using tracked services where available.
  • Any import duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, any refund issued may be reduced by the original shipping charge and any return costs incurred.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent by email where applicable.

  • Tracking updates can take up to 12 hours to appear after collection.
  • If you have an account with us, you may also be able to view your order status there.

Delivery Information

  • If nobody is available to accept delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions to rearrange delivery.
  • Orders can be delivered to residential or business addresses.
  • In some cases, orders may be sent in more than one parcel.

Safe Place Deliveries

If you choose to have your parcel left in a nominated safe place, this is done at your own risk.

We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage once the parcel has been marked as delivered in accordance with your chosen delivery instructions.

Delays and Missing Parcels

Delivery times are not guaranteed and occasional delays can occur.

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, please contact us and we will investigate this with the courier.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to brand agreements, courier restrictions and product regulations, some items may not be eligible for delivery to all destinations.

  • Certain products cannot be shipped outside of the UK, Ireland and Channel Islands.
  • Restrictions may also apply to liquids, aerosols or selected brands.

Address Changes

If you need to amend your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, address changes may only be possible through the courier and could result in delays.
