Something is wrong with my order?

If you’ve received an incorrect or damaged product or something is missing from your order please get in touch within 1 month of receiving & we will try our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

My product is full but not dispensing anything?

Many of the products we offer are packaged in airless containers. From time to time these can fail due to an airlock. Get in touch within 1 month of receiving as we can often advise how to resolve this at home. If not we will replace it for you.

How do I know the product is going to be suitable for my skin?

Not sure if the product is going to be right for you? Get in touch and we will assess if the product is likely to offer you the best results. If a sample is available we will always try to supply this first.

Can I get a sample before trying a product?

Unfortunately due to the nature of the products we offer samples are often very expensive to manufacture due to airless packaging required or may offer very little results in the time period you will be able to use them. Therefore very few of our products are available in sample form.

Can I return a product for a refund/exchange?

If you’ve changed your mind and would like to return a product please get in touch within 1 month of receiving. The product must be returned in a saleable condition, security seal in tact & box undamaged.

I’m looking for a product that you don’t currently stock?

We’re always looking to expand our product range of cosmeceutical skincare & well-being products. If there’s something you’re looking for that we don’t stock get in touch and we can see if it’s something we can supply you with.

If you have selected click & collect at the checkout we will be in touch shortly after (during working hours) to advise when your order will be ready for collection. In most cases this will be the same day. Weekdays 9am – 5pm
