RevitaLash Hi-Def Brow Pencil is a multi-functional, long-wear eyebrow pencil that lets you create anything from soft, natural definition to a full, bold brow. The fine tip draws hair-like strokes, while the blendable, non-tacky formula fills sparse areas in just a few strokes.

It's water resistant and lasts for up to 10 hours, with a built-in spoolie to blend colour and brush brows into place.
