- Pre-cleanse, cleanse and tone before applying the Vita-Peptide C-Quence Serum 1, follow with the Antioxidant Defence Crème.
- Alternatively mix the Antioxidant Defence Crème and the Vita-Peptide C-Quence Serum 1 in the palm of your hand before applying to face and neck.
- If applying alongside AVST 5 Moisturiser, it is recommended to combine the C-Quence Serum with your AVST moisturiser before application.
- Apply both morning and evening.
- Use a minimum of 2 bottles before progressing to the next level of the Vitamin STEP-UP SYSTEM.
- Suitable for most skin types, especially those with mature, photo-damaged skin
- A sun protection SPF 15 or higher, should be used every day
